Just before the Easter break, the final touches were put to our term 2 episode of Burnside TV. Our intrepid journalists have covered stories from the Burnside community such as the rehearsals for the upcoming school show; extracurricular trips in both English and Business and the success of World Book Day back in March. We even took to the corridors to conduct a vox pox and asked the Burnside community for their option on Pancake Day (is it a flip or a flop?), as well as predictions for Newcastle’s Carabao Cup final. Who predicted a Dan Burn header and a 2-1 win accurately? You’ll have to tune in to find out.
However, our exclusive story is an interview at Kindness Headquarters with the main can-man himself, Mr Spam! This is a story, not to be missed!
If you would like to be part of the Burnside TV news crew, please see Mrs Wright in 2F18 before we start our filming for the summer episode. This creative extracurricular club, which is great for developing scripting , presenting, editing, filming and teamwork skills, takes place every Wednesday at 3:10pm.
Equally, if you have any great stories you would like our team to cover, just let us know.
Well done to all the students involved in last term’s episode. We are immensely proud of you.
