A group of Y10 students have been reading the six shortlisted books, and as judges in this book awards scheme, will vote on who they think should win this year’s prestigious award!
This is an exciting opportunity for our students to be involved in a high profile regional event, working with schools & libraries across the region & meeting professional writers.
The Awards Ceremony will be held in The Centre For Life on March 9th by which time the votes from all schools taking part will have been counted and the eventual winner will be announced.
This is an award much sought after by junior fiction authors as it is actually voted for by the audience they have written their book for, and as such is an accolade they are keen to be able to display on their book covers.
