On Thursday 27th April, Year 7-10 girls celebrate’d’ ‘International Girls in ICT Day’’ at Newcastle University where students w’ere’ be provided with an opportunity to experience programming robotic vehicles, representatives from Sage w’ere also present to speak to the students about careers in the tech industry. Those attending performed remarkably well and programmed some very complex tasks in a short period of time.
