Our Y9 students took advantage of a unique opportunity today to hear the best-selling American author David Baldacci as he came to Burnside today to talk about his life and writing.
He created quite a stir amongst not only the students but many staff members too!! His visit to Burnside was part of his nationwide tour and we were privileged to be one of only three schools he came to.
Thanks David, your visit was a great introduction to your trilogy of Vega Jane books which I am sure we will all enjoy reading.
