Congratulations to Kenya Wilkes who has taken part in the Friends of High Borrans Young Leaders Scheme throughout the last year and has passed with flying colours. The scheme aims to help young people become more effective leaders and this has certainly been the case with Kenya who has been asked to go back as a mentor next year.
We have 4 places available for this year’s Young Leaders Scheme for students in Year 10. You have to commit to fundraising Ā£100; going away for a week in the summer holidays; doing a first aid course and abseiling from the Segedunum tower.
