Last night Burnside’s U15 Boys Football team played in the North Tyneside League Cup Final against St Thomas More High School. Unfortunately Burnside conceded an early goal and despite creating some good chances were unable to score themselves. St Thomas More ran out deserving winners playing some excellent football at times. To their credit though, Burnside players did not give up, continuing to battle hard right until the final whistle. Well done to all Y10 players involved; they displayed such a positive attitude throughout and already have an eye on going one better next season.
