On Tuesday 13th December our Year 10 Computer Science students visited the North Tyneside City Learning Centre to attend a session led by Chris Wilde, our School Improvement Advisor for Computing. During the session students used the programming language ‘Python’ to hack into Minecraft in order to customise their own environment and build their own virtual world. Students were exceptionally well behaved and had a great day. They will use this language to assist them in completion of the Controlled Assessment element of the course.
